Sweet & Savory
In desserts such as pies and cobblers, the Moroccan blend replaces lemon juice and zest, adding umami from its spices. When marinating fruit with sugar and preserved lemon, you can often reduce the sugar since If & When draws out the fruit’s natural sweetness.

I use it nearly every day. Last night it went on swordfish, but it’s just as good on chicken. My favorite, though, is vegetables—I mix it with World Spice harissa and olive oil (or melted ghee), toss my veggies, and roast. The flavor is incredible.

I love making salad dressings with this product. A few dollops of Moroccan with minced garlic, some balsamic and olive oil, salt and pepper and I crave my salads more than the main dish. Though I love it on main dishes as well - especially to marinate lamb and salmon.
