Hacks & Hints

  • Avocado Toast

    Spread If & When Moroccan on toast, then top with smashed avocado, cheese & fresh mint.

  • Bloody Mary

    Add Moroccan lemon paste to Bloody Mary mix. Shake, pour & serve.

  • Roast Chicken

    Rub Moroccan or Cumin Garlic lemon paste under & over skin. Marinate for 1 hour+ before roasting.

  • Salad Dressing

    Whisk 2 TBS If & When Cumin Garlic, miso, lemon juice & EVOO with 1 TBS wholegrain mustard. Toss to coat.

  • Steak

    Rub raw meat with Moroccan or Cumin Garlic paste. Marinate up to 12 hours in the fridge. Grill until desired temperature.

  • Veggies

    Combine equal parts Moroccan or Cumin paste & EVOO. Toss veggies to coat, then grill or roast.

  • Rice/Quinoa

    Add 3 parts water or stock to 1 part rice or quinoa. Add Cumin Garlic paste & cook. Simmer to desired texture.

  • Hummus

    Add equal parts Moroccan lemon paste & fresh lemon juice to your favorite hummus recipe.

  • Fish

    Gently rub Moroccan or Cumin Garlic on fish fillet. Sear both sides in a pan coated with EVOO or bake in the oven.
