Refund + Return Policy

We want to try to ensure your Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste arrives in perfect condition. Because If & When is perishable, we cannot accept physical returns. 

Each jar is finished with a clear, tamper-evident shrink band covering the lid and neck to ensure its integrity. If you receive a jar with a broken or missing band, or if the product leaked during transit, please do not consume it. 

Instead, reach out to us at hello (at) buyifandwhen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
