Grown & Made in California

Made by barrel-aging California Meyer lemons with salt, peppercorn, Bay leaf and pickled garlic for up to three years, then puréeing into a spoonable, spreadable, pourable paste.

Due to the natural curing process, you may notice color variations from yellow to amber. This is normal and does not impact the flavor or quality.

Usage Tips

I purchased both flavors, Cumin Garlic and Bat Leaf. I made a sandwich with sliced cooked chicken and ciabatta bread. The bay leaf lemon paste added an amazing flavor profile. I can’t wait to use it in many more ways.

Bottle arrived broken

I ordered bay leaf and lemon along with cumin and lemon. Both bottles poorly wrapped. Bay leaf lemon arrived shattered. I sent email immediately and still have not received an answer or a replacement. This stuff is very expensive. Customer Service non existent. Don't buy.
