Grown & Made in California
Made by barrel-aging California Meyer lemons with salt, peppercorn, Bay leaf and pickled garlic for up to three years, then puréeing into a spoonable, spreadable, pourable paste.
Due to the natural curing process, you may notice color variations from yellow to amber. This is normal and does not impact the flavor or quality.
Usage Tips
If & When doesn’t overpower in small quantities—it enhances each element of a dish, making it a better version of itself.
The longer If & When rests on raw food before cooking, the stronger the flavor and the less you need.

I ordered bay leaf and lemon along with cumin and lemon. Both bottles poorly wrapped. Bay leaf lemon arrived shattered. I sent email immediately and still have not received an answer or a replacement. This stuff is very expensive. Customer Service non existent. Don't buy.
