"I mixed the paste, herb blend with olive oil rubbing the paste onto/into the chicken breasts. I sealed them into a container allowing them to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The following day I removed the chicken and allowed it to get to room temperature before soaking them in a bath of buttermilk before coating the chicken with flour mixed with your spice herb blend, I fried the chicken to brown both sides before baking it in the oven. Grown & Made in California

Made by barrel-aging California Meyer lemons with salt, Tellicherry peppercorn, Bay leaf and pickled garlic for up to three years, our Bay Leaf Preserved Lemon is then puréed into a spoonable, spreadable pourable paste.

Due to the natural curing process, you may notice color variations from yellow to amber. This is normal and does not impact the flavor or quality.

Usage Tips

If & When doesn’t overpower in small quantities—it enhances each element of a dish, making it a better version of itself.

Bottle arrived broken

I ordered bay leaf and lemon along with cumin and lemon. Both bottles poorly wrapped. Bay leaf lemon arrived shattered. I sent email immediately and still have not received an answer or a replacement. This stuff is very expensive. Customer Service non existent. Don't buy.
