California's Isis Heuser, the doyenne of "Chew on This," discovered her culinary prowess when she catered her husband’s first independent film set. Since then, this lover of food idioms has been dishing up must-have meals for fans and friends alike.
"A couple of tablespoons of If & When made these absolutely the zest!" - Isis
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 TBS butter, melted
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 TBS Moroccan Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste
1 cup blueberries
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir with a fork until crumbly. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place muffin liners in muffin pan and set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the eggs, yogurt, oil, vanilla extract, lemon paste and mix to combine. Fold in blueberries.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin cup. Top with streusel topping.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
