Meyer Lemon Aioli
A good aioli goes a long way. This Preserved Meyer Lemon and dill version is a great accompaniment to fish or crispy baked potatoes. Slather it on a burger or serve as a dip for freshly cooked shrimp or steamed artichokes.
Need
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 TBS fresh dill
2 TBS Cumin Garlic or Rosemary Preserved Meyer Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Meyer lemon (standard lemon is okay)
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Do
Combine ingredients in a bowl until blended. Chill until serving.
