Meyer Lemon Salsa

John from Marblehead, Massachusetts, shared his If & When salsa recipe. It takes bits and pieces of items you already may have in the fridge that, when combined with If & When, transform into something wonderful. 

Need

Red chili pepper, celery, scallions, shallots, cornichons, parsley
Bay Leaf Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste 
Fresh (Meyer) lemon juice

Do

Chop and combine all ingredients, add a little more of one or all to taste.
