IF & WHEN meat isn't on the menu, fire up the BBQ for this grilled fish recipe from Kevin in Vallejo, CA.
4 New Zealand ling cod filets, or any white fish you like to cook on the grill
1 TBS If & When Cumin Garlic Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste
1/4 cup of good olive oil
Salt + pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine If & When with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Brush the mixture onto both sides of the fish. Let stand in the fridge for 30 minutes, longer for stronger flavor.
Fire up the grill.
Place fish on grill and cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes first side.
Turn the filets and apply the If & When and olive oil slurry.
Roast the fish indirectly for about 15 minutes.
