Meyer Lemon Cream

In a mixer blend 1.25 cups of cold, heavy whipping cream to form soft peaks. Fold in one TSP of If & When Moroccan blend, more to taste. The salt-cured citrus balances the sweet. Notes of allspice, Bayleaf and peppercorn add umami to the cream filling.
