Vodka Cocktail

Sweet or sour? A simple cocktail is nectar from the gods right now.

Sweet

Add 1 part vodka, 2 parts soda water and 1 part Preserved Meyer Lemon Simple Syrup to an ice-filled glass.

For a dash more sweetness, garnish with Meyer lemon or orange.

Sour

Prefer the pucker power of sour?

In a cocktail shaker, mix ice, vodka and 1 heaping tsp Moroccan Preserved Meyer Lemon Paste. Strain and pour into an ice-filled glass, and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh lime.

If you don't mind lemony bits in your glass, skip the accoutrements.
